Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist using principally Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, NLP and Hypnotherapy to help clients with a range of everyday issues and deeper challenges. I have been practicing since 2010 and work with individuals, couples, families, and children of all ages.
I also present talks and workshops for Corporate Wellness Ireland in schools, colleges, and corporate settings on Minding your Mental Health, Stress Management, Parenting, Sleep and Resilience, and Food and Mood. I’m also a qualified Nutritional Therapist so I understand the importance of good nutrition and diet to promoting mental health and proper brain function and development.
My background is in tv and radio broadcasting, motoring journalism, advertising, and flying aircraft, which have all contributed to a broad experience of life in many sectors. I find being a father, and a son and many other relationships greatly helps me in my work with people. I am also a Humanist Chaplain and Celebrant, and am honoured to play a part in the significant milestone events in people’s lives.
As part of the team in The Calm Rooms I feel we can offer people a broad range of integrated health and well being services which very much the way of the future in healthcare.
